We are now looking for Nordic colleagues to join our Customer Center in Gran Canaria! At our Customer Center in Gran Canaria, you'll have the opportunity to work as part of a team with wonderful colleagues to provide our customers with the best possible service and help giving them the best weeks of the year!
About the position
In our Customer Center, we communicate with our customers via phone, chat, email and social media. As Travel Advisor your daily mission is to inspire our customers to book trips as well as be helpful with additional sales and making changes before departure. We always put the customer first, and our goal is to exceed customer expectations and resolve their inquiries on the first contact. We always aim to be the customer's first choice!
- We provide our customers with a professional and personalized service.
- We inspire and help customers find the perfect travel experience.
- We are result-oriented and work towards achieving set sales targets.
- We maintain a high pace and handle a variety of tasks.
- We have a strong digital focus and work with several systems.
- We work as a large Nordic team, fostering collaboration with our colleagues in the Nordic countries.
At our Customer Center in Gran Canaria, you will be part of a dedicated team of 5-10 Travel Advisors from different Nordic nationalities and with language skills. Your office is at our beautiful hotel Sunprime Atlantic View that you will share with our colleagues in the Overseas organization (guides, fitness instructors, children host etc.). You as a team will also work closely with the colleagues in the Nordic countries in optimizing routines and processes.
Who we are looking for
Must haves:
- Proficient in one or more of the Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or Swedish languages, both verbally and written
- Good computer skills and used to working with multiple systems
- Work experience in customer service, sales, service or similar
Preferred:
- Proficient in English, both verbally and written
- A second scandinavian language
These qualifications are good to have, but we believe that your personality is the most important thing to be the right person for the role! To be successful in the role we believe that you are service-minded and have good communication skills, this is essential for the dialogue with customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns effectively. It is also important to have a problem-solving mindset in order to adapt in a changing environment and keep calm even in peak times or when handling challenging situations. We also believe that you like to work against targets and are driven to perform at a high and efficient level.

Practical information
Location: Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria. The office is situated at our beautiful hotel Sunprime Atlantic View.
Employment: This position is full-time, all year around contract.
Working Hours: We are open every day of the year, so you should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and during holidays.
Start Date: November 2024 or after agreement
